Tiffani Cook is the proud Owner and Stylist of La Fleur Salon & Spa, bringing over 10 years experience behind the chair. With a passion for beauty, connection and community. Tiffani has built her career around helping clients feel confident, refreshed, and truly cared for.
In 2015, Tiffani and her mother, Ann, opened La Fleur Salon & Spa in Navarre, creating a space rooted in family, hospitality, and Southern charm. Inspired by their deep ties to New Orleans, the salon embodies warmth, elegance, and a touch of that unmistakeable New Orleans flair - where beauty meets culture and every guest is treated like family.
Family is at the heart of everything Tiffani does. She has been married for nearly 19 years to her husband, Ryan, after meeting him at the Navarre Beach Mardi Gras Parade when she was Just 14 years old. Together, they have two beautiful daughters, Bentlee (20) and Rylie (16), who inspire her daily and are her greatest joy.
Tiffani specializes in personalized color, precision cuts, and creating looks that enhance each client’s natural beauty and lifestyle. Her commitment to continuing education and staying current with trends ensures every guest receives modern techniques with timeless results.

Miriam Padilla is one of our Stylists who has many years of experience behind the chair and a strong commitment to continued education. I specialize in creating personalized cuts and color that fit your lifestyle and bring out your best look. I’m known for my real, down-to-earth approach, sense of humor, and making every appointment feel comfortable and welcoming. Family-driven and client-focused, I believe great hair starts with trust, connection, and a little fun along the way.
Holly Comerford/ Master Stylist
With over 25 years behind the chair, Holly brings skill, creativity, and a little sparkle to every appointment. As a second generation hairstylist, great hair is in her DNA — and it shows in her precision cuts, seamless color blends, and loyal clientele.

Meagan Hughes/ Master Sylist
Meagan Hughes is a passionate and dedicated hairstylist whose journey spans across the country. Originally born in Methuen , Massachusetts, she grew up in the small town of Coldwater, Michigan before making Navarre her Home in 2012.. She is a proud mother of a 15-year-old daughter, Lillian, who is at the heart of everything she does.
Meagan is dually licensed in cosmetology, earning her first license just outside of Boston, MA and her second in Fort Walton Beach, FL. She is deeply passionate about being behind the chair and finds true fulfillment in helping people look their best.
Meagan specializes in blondes, but loves all sorts of specialized colors, cuts, and uses all kinds of skills she has learned throughout the years.. Through skill, creativity, and genuine care, Meagan builds confidence - one client at a time.
Ally Rue/ Esthetician
Ally is a dedicated esthetician passionate about helping clients feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. She specializes in customized skincare treatments, results-driven facials, professional waxing services, and spectacular spray tans, with a strong focus on client education and long-term skin health.
